Bills have been passed by the NYS legislature that Governor Hochul has not yet signed.

S9427A/A10477, an act to amend the NYS labor law, to require employers to disclose compensation or range of compensation to applicants and employees, has been passed by both the Assembly and the Senate, but has not yet been signed by the Governor.
