There is only one item on our agenda: NYS Primary races.
If you are a registered voter (by June 15th, 2024) and have enrolled in a party, you are eligible to vote in the June 25th 2024 Primary.
Candidates are running for the following positions:
- NYS Assembly
- NYS Senate
- US House of Representatives
- US Senate (1 of our 2 Senators will be running)
To help evaluate candidates, BQNOW is preparing a candidate questionnaire that we will use to see if a candidate understands and supports feminist issues.
BQNOW activists/members will receive an advance draft of the questionnaire. Please print it out and keep it on hand for discussion at the May meeting.
